Basically, your character will be able to see clearly at night when you activate this skill, which will enable you to hunt like a proper night-dweller. i can't think of any other mods that can interfere with Better Vampires' scripts other than Royal Bloodline and Sacrosanct, but i might miss something else. Not to mention that vampires, werewolves, and Khajit will be able to use it.
